1. Institutional Mandate and General Use

(a) EurAsia Forum (the “Forum”) operates this digital platform as an international communication and capital matchmaking portal for global investors, corporations, and innovation leaders focused on responsible investment and sustainable development.

(b) The Forum grants users temporary, non-exclusive permission to access and reference non-confidential informational summaries displayed on this Site solely for internal corporate reference or individual non-commercial use, provided that all institutional attributions are preserved.

2. Membership, Event Registration, and Financial Terms

The Forum coordinates high-level global summits, specialized roundtables, and structured investor network access. All monetary transactions executed on this platform are governed by the following strict compliance mandates:

(a) Currency and Payment Processing

All membership fees, event admissions, and institutional contributions are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF) or local equivalent designated currencies through encrypted global payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). Users are solely responsible for any cross-border conversion fees or local tax obligations.

(b) Membership Fees & Contributions

Due to the immediate provisioning of high-precision networking access, professional investor directory data, and structural engagement benefits, all annual membership fees and voluntary contributions are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

(c) Global Event Tickets & Admission Passes

Admission passes for the Forum’s international capital matchmaking events and summits (including but not limited to events in Zurich, Dubai, Singapore, New York, London, and Hong Kong) are governed by the following provisions:

  • No Direct Cash Refunds: All event ticket sales are final. Standard cash or credit card refunds will not be issued upon user cancellation.
  • Delegate Substitution: If a registered corporate representative or member is unable to attend an event, a qualified substitute delegate from the same organization may be nominated at no additional cost. Delegate substitution requests must be submitted via email to Legal@eurasia-forum.org no later than seven (7) business days prior to the official event commencement.
  • Force Majeure Credit Allocations: In the extraordinary event that the Forum must postpone or structurally alter an international summit due to force majeure, regulatory mandates, or public safety constraints, registered attendees will automatically receive a 100% digital credit voucher valid for registration at any alternative EurAsia Forum global event scheduled within the subsequent twenty-four (24) months.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Risk Mitigation

(b) While the Forum employs rigorous review standards, it offers no absolute guarantee regarding the comprehensive accuracy or investment viability of external project data or corporate profiles. Users engage in matchmaking and capital deployment strictly at their own independent risk.

(c) Institutional perspectives or panel insights articulated across this platform represent individual speaker analyses and do not automatically constitute an official endorsement or legal position of the Forum.
